Supposedly this was fixed in a patch 2 years ago but it literally just happened again. Tenant refused to pay the fine, I went into the lease agreement and saw "Justly Evict" so I did that.

This just happened to me. Tenant repeatedly broke a rule, and I Justly Evicted him. And now, about a week later, I've gotten the Eviction Settlement notification that I'm being fined for "unlawful eviction practices".
