[FR] Justly Evicting and Still Getting Fined (patch 1.112.519)

Supposedly this was fixed in a patch 2 years ago but it literally just happened again. Tenant refused to pay the fine, I went into the lease agreement and saw "Justly Evict" so I did that. Next we...

Justly Evicted Household during Grace Period, got fined afterwards. This has happened a few times now during my recent playthrough, including other bugs/odd features like:

Tenant Revolt - despite talking with Tenants, it says I failed to do anything about it and my ratings went down.
Rent Payments - not getting paid the correct amount of Simeleons per week from the household. (I recently got 500 for a whole week, when the rental cost was 500 per day.)
Loosing Friendship over Just Evictions - tenants getting angry at my Sim despite either breaking lease themselves or getting Justly Evicted.
