Supposedly this was fixed in a patch 2 years ago but it literally just happened again. Tenant refused to pay the fine, I went into the lease agreement and saw "Justly Evict" so I did that.

Please fix the Justly Evict system, it just royally screwed up my game. I was in the grace period after the tenets lease was up and I moved them all out so I could upgrade the units. Now they all hate me, I have an evil reputation, AND I was fined for 'unjust' evictions. It's also 2026, which is like 2 years after this expansion came out.
