Supposedly this was fixed in a patch 2 years ago but it literally just happened again. Tenant refused to pay the fine, I went into the lease agreement and saw "Justly Evict" so I did that.

This is literally happening to me now (02/03/2026). None of the fines i apply are being paid, rent rarely is depposited on my account and envery single time i have justly evicted a sim ( even in the grace period) i got fined.
