[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

After the latest update, when I go to my tenants house and click on a sink, toilet, shower etc I no longer have the menu option to do an inspection or maintenance. I have tried this at multiple houses and can no longer do any maintenance since I no longer have the menu item for it.

I am not using mods.

All of my landlord sims can't do inspections or maintenance on any objects when visiting tenants either. No sinks, no showers, nothing, the option is no longer there after the update. I am not using any mods and I'm on Windows 11.

After most recent update the option to complete maintenance and inspection on rentals when visiting properties has disappeared.

Also I have to toggle to build mode then back to live mode to see my owned residential rentals . Like WTF!

That's another bug, if you search business panel, in the search bar, you will find it, and it affects any type of businesses, from retails stores, restaurants... to the latest small business now it seems.

I am having this issue too after recent patch 1.119.109.1020

I had no issue before.

I have all dlc installed, no mods and play on pc.

I’m having the same issue after the update. On Mac no mods or cc. 

I’m having the same issues since newest update. PlayStation 5 & PlayStation Portal, no mods, no cheat codes. 

Gotta love bugs, when one is fixed another one follows suit. I am experiencing an issue with my sim owning a rental with tenants and can't inspect appliances to maintain the rental star ratings unless a tenant event happens or if theres a rental event. This needs as usual, a fix. I took out my mods and cc and I did a repair and a localcache deletion and nothing worked 💯

Same issue. No mods or cc. Just started happening after the update :/. The interaction to perform inspections or maintenance isn’t even available. Also I have to toggle to build mode then back to live mode to see my owned residential rentals . Like WTF!
