[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

What’s up with the rental stuff like you can’t even fix the stove, shower, toilet, ect. It doesn’t even give that maintenance option anymore

I play this game every day and have performed inspections and maintenance every day to keep my ratings up and for me it broke right after they did the November patch (1.119.109.1020). I wonder if they broke this before and re-introduced the same bug?

Same issue. Own 5 rentals, the option to “do inspection” doesn’t exist on any object in any of them. No CC, Only mod is MCCC but even without that on the problem still exists. Windows PC. Makes entire aspiration a bit unplayable! 🙄

I also have no option for maintenance and inspection, I cant seem to access create a sim by story either.

I think had this bug even before the 4th November's update. Without any CC/Mods. Right now I have some mods installed, so the QA will gaslight me that's the reason 😁 

Playing as the Landlord. No option to preform maintenance or inspect. 

First noticed in my regular game. Created a brand new vanilla TS4 folder and started a new game.

Playing as Landlord: Options are still gone.

Playing as Tenant: Can't get Landlord to inspect. This has always been hit or miss, so may just be a continuation of the previous glitch.

having the same problem too & i’m still not being paid rent from my tenants. tsm4 is so hilarious 

Yep-- I also have this issue, whether I'm using mods or not. I really wish EA could be bothered to actually do their updates without breaking things. The game gets updated way too often and every patch interferes with everything and half the time ends up with the game more broken than what it fixed. Don't understand why we can't just have an update once every two or three months which is actually thought out and not riddled with bugs!

In mine game (PC) too - no mods, no cc, totally vanilla game.
