[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

Same issue here (PC/Windows), no mod or cc installed for this save. Since the update they do not have the option for completing the inspection on anything. Also, every time I open the save for the first time, if I want to turn off the rental events (even if it shows unchecked) I had to go into my setting and enable the rental events. Apply Changes. Uncheck rental events. Apply changes. In order for the events not to occur. If I don't do that the settings show it already unchecked, but the events still occur.

Same here! The Inspection actions are not available. I tried deleting the Sims 4 folder from my documents to start a fully new game without any previous saves, settings, mods, or cc, and this is still an issue. PC, original game, after the newest update.

same issue with me! i have no mods at all, i just installed the sims 4 and bought for rent last week

Yes same is happening to me, tried it on other saves and its the same issue.

I am having the same issue. I used the option "repair' for the SIMS 4 and nothing has changed. I can't get up to a 4 star as a landlord.

Im having the same issue. The options to check the appliances dont even show up smh es owes us a check lowkey

Yeah it’s happening for everyone. They need to fix it ASAP cause what was the point in buying it if we can’t even use it. Makes it no longer fun

(spoiler: you need to use one cheat) what I did : go to manage worlds and then remove the stove or grill then go to the event it will say explosive malfunction but it will not say fix stove. Go back to manage world put a new type of stove or grill load back in. Now it will say fix a stove or grill but there is now only the new clean stove, use the cheat to break the stove and then fix, replace, or call maintenance, then the event will clear. Saying this next time don't go to exposition events till it is fixed use the call contractor thing.

Yep same here no mods on ps4 just isn’t coming up with the option inspection and maintenance.
