[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

Still going on even today. How has this issue not been fixed it?! No mods, PC.

I've put a boiler and electricity board in and my sims can't do inspections on components in their rental property

I'm having this issue too! Can't get past the 1st tier of Rental Aspiration!

I'm on a PS5. I'm trying to complete the Landlord aspiration with my rental properties and it says I have to inspect the properties. But whenever I go to any of my rentals, there's no option to inspect any of the items such as toilet, bath, stove, etc. So it's impossible to complete that aspiration task.

I'm having the same issue on Playstation 5. No mods.

Any update? This is ridiculous. This has been an on going thing for months. I just tried again last night. I’m highly annoyed with this not getting fixed
