[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

i have this issue as well. no mods. on pc. the option doesn't appear at all. 

I am also having this issue. I do not use mods or cc and I am playing on PC.

These comments are from two months ago but the issue is still ongoing. I play on a Mac, no mods, and I have the same issue. I tried clearing the game's cache but nothing helps. I visit my tenants flat and the option to perform inspection doesn't exist on any of the usual objects (shower, toilets, stove, TV, etc...) The option simply isn't on the menu.

Yep same here no mods on ps4 just isn’t coming up with the option inspection and maintenance. 

I have the same issue... PC and with no mods.

(spoiler: you need to use one cheat) what I did : go to manage worlds and then remove the stove or grill then go to the event it will say explosive malfunction but it will not say fix stove. Go back to manage world put a new type of stove or grill load back in. Now it will say fix a stove or grill but there is now only the new clean stove, use the cheat to break the stove and then fix, replace, or call maintenance, then the event will clear. Saying this next time don't go to exposition events till it is fixed use the call contractor thing.   

Yeah it’s happening for everyone. They need to fix it ASAP cause what was the point in buying it if we can’t even use it. Makes it no longer fun

Im having the same issue. The options to check the appliances dont even show up smh es owes us a check lowkey

I am having the same issue. I used the option "repair' for the SIMS 4 and nothing has changed. I can't get up to a 4 star as a landlord.
