[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

Still having this issue 10March2026. No custom content, no mods.

The stated fix does not seem to address the problem of Landlords not being able to preform inspection and maintenance at all. 

"For Rent [EA Forums] The "Do Inspection and Maintenance" interaction is now available on broken objects in a Tenant Household for Landlord Sims."

I hope this is just an omission in the writing.

In oder to complete the Aspiration and to become a 5 star property owner, Landlords need to preform inspection and maintenance on any inspectable item, not just broken items.

I am also having the same issue, I play on PC. I have 5 units and I have tried in each unit and it will not give me the option to perform inspection pass. 

Its impossible to pass the first level of the five-star property owner aspiration because the option to perform inspection passes isn't available. Ive tried every single work around to no avail.... please ea patch it I want to be a pro landlord🙁

Xbox. Been like it for months and not fixed. Was a waste of money buying the pack: as can’t play as ratings go down as can’t inspect. 
I would like a refund.

I'm having the same issue on PC, no mods or cheat codes. The interaction isn't even available...

Same. Been like it for months and no one does anything. Makes it unplayable as lot ratings just go down. Waste of money buying For Rent.
