For Rent still has many issue and yes, there can be corrupted lots from the gallery but since you said you delete everything and still are getting the error.

I checked your save and can dupe the error code. It doesn't' seem your active lot though, it's probably one of the R-Rentals as getting rid of the pack makes the LE disappear.

Still testing which could be the issue.

If you don't mind all content being gone, yes, that seems the best option.
