Also, can you make an option to hire maintenance services? My sims get worn out after doing maintenance 😬

      For routine maintenance services? I thought that was only available for an explosion or a leak..

    Maintenance services can be purchased on the phone (household tab). Choose from cheap or expensive contractors.
