Tennant left, was only allowed to have max £5 rent. I went and moved an item in build mode, this reset the value enough for me to fill at better rent rate. But then has defaulted back.

I own a 6-unit apartment. Every time a grace period or lease end/eviction occurs, the rent max re-sets to 4$ until I go into build mode and replace an item in the apartment. Then it's corrected to the appropriate rent max, which in this case is 620$. These are 5 star units with high end appliances, etc
No mods, no cc, mac, m4, all updated.
