I am experiencing something similar. As the landlord, living on the same lot as my 3 rental units and tenants, the tenants seem to just live in each others rentals, and walk into the landlords home. As if they just had a conversation and then “stuck around”, but it happens every day even though the landlord doesn’t greet them or speak to them. Suddenly I have a tenant sleeping on the couch and another playing the computer. I made sure the units were properly marked, and that there was no neighborhood plan such as the annoying “free for all” kind of plan where they just take eachothers stuff 😂

Im having a similar issue. The other tenants don't enter uninvited but random sims come into the building and enter the rental units to use the computer and do laundry as if the whole building is a shared space.

I have the same issue. Rotational gameplay on a lot with 4 rentals, one of which is the landlords. Neighbors seems to get stuck as unofficial household members no matter which rental I play in, they can walk through doors set to 'Household Only' and there is no way to ask them to leave. The only way I have been able to get them out is to travel them to a different lot and leave them there. But that fix doesn't last long. Pretty annoying since the stuck neighbor sim just constantly eats all the food from the fridge and makes a mess in general 😂
