I bought the pack "For Rent" two days ago and after my first in-game week I did receive a payment from my tenants. Since that, several in-game months have passed and I haven't received a single payment from them anymore.
I play on PC, on the newest game version available right now, which is 1.123.66.1030 DX11
I've also deactivated the mods option in the menu, so no mods are active.
