Same problem here as well.
I came back to the game to play for rent expansion pack and it has too many bugs.
- Rent comes weekly or sometimes never regardless of lease period.
- If rent ever comes it will only give me the day rate amount for example if I set $50 day rate in a 3 day lease, I will get $50 after a week instead of $50X7=$350.
- I evicted a tenant during grace period and I get a notice saying I am fined for an unjust eviction.
- Lease period is frozen, cannot be amended during grace period.
It makes the pack completely unplayable.
I play on PC with no mods and version: 1.120.117.1030 DX11
Also my tenant was on the same lot my household was on.
