[FR] Tenant Vacated but cant re-rent, edit, or change lot type

I'd be glad to get that info to you, especially if it can help fix what is going on in my game. However, my computer knowledge is quite minuscule.  I see the instructions supplied, however I do not understand how to get a link or that information to you from those.  I don't use one drive or google drive, I see the titled saves file folder, but I don't understand how to get that info linked or copied or whatever. 

I had 5 units in this building, the center one, my sim family/landlord lived in so I could edit all units no problem. from the world map it is I believe. I have no means of getting into this actual individual unit as I don't see where this unit exists in this building. 

I wish I knew what I did or what happened to just one day, the second unit was saying it had a tenant but there was no one there, It doesn't show a tenant name and doesn't give me the option to fill vacancy because "a tenant lives there" it says.  Nothing happens when I do the unjustly evict. When I travel to unit, it just takes me to the front outside of the whole building/lot and the sim stands there lost.

I have tried so many things now, I am not even sure what I have done or not done.  I think i had deleted the unit's rooms and tried to rebuild it, but ended up adding a 6th unit in it's place, still only being shown 5 actual units tho, but 6 units were shown in the menu. 
So this one that I named 6 Glitched, is showing as a hidden unit, with a tenant, a tenant that doesn't show anywhere on a list as a name of who that tenant is, that I can not unjustly evict, that i can not see where an actual physical unit is.  
I tried to assign all rooms to 6 Glitched, and that wouldn't let me then do anything as they all became hidden.  Exited without saving... reassigned all rooms to the blue unit that is still showing on the list and yet, that 6 glitched still remains in the list.
I just don't know anymore :/ I appreciate all the input to try to help, but yeah, just hope that EA can dive deeper and figure it out/get it fixed. Otherwise, I guess my days of being a landlord are done.
