freezing randomly

sometimes when i quit a task, or i  build the game will freeze, once i quit fishing and the game froze up, and it was so bad i had to force my laptop to shut down. today when i try to do certain build mode things the game will freeze until i have to force shutdown again, currently i am in attempt 10 to make a fence, i have had to force shut down 10 times because every time i get the fence to completion it freezes and i have to force shut down. i have no video or photo because when i try to i have to force the shut down which stops the recording and it doesn't save
