I had this issue initially a few months ago on a residential lot in Willow Creek that I could never pinpoint why it was happening, so I just deal with it still, I guess. It is now happening with my small businesses in Nordhaven and Newcrest. I haven’t left the lot and loaded back in, so that doesn’t seem to be what triggers it to change for me. I play on console, so I don’t have mods or anything.
