I've been dealing with this in my game (I don't have the B&H pack). Front door keeps resetting to a different door than the one I want. Always the same wrong door too, despite there being a total of 4 doors on the ground floor. The door it keeps going back to is the one nearest the front of the lot, so I guess that makes sense. I think the pattern has something to do with reloading the lot, cause I always notice it after my sim returns from their active career.
I have two door for my sims home as well. I notice it on rentals. They leave and come back to the front door being the other door and I have to reset it. EVERY TIME they leave and come back. If a sim visits them, they go to the OTHER door if I do not catch it.🤔
