I also have this issue, specifically on a haunted house save. Front door changes to the door on the greenhouse at the back of the lot almost every time I load the game or load the lot after travelling, but also sometimes it doesn't even require that to switch. I thought it was a bb.moveobjects issue at first but the door is perfectly accessible even when it's switched.
