I own all the packs, everything is up to date, no mods installed, and I'm currently on my 15th restart of the game with no change. The second I close the ad, it's just a greyed out home screen. I can't even play the event or anything. After sinking this much money into the game, it's become completely unplayable after over 13k hours. All because they are advertising to get money that I've ALREADY SPENT.
