Frozen game/menu after ad

I'm yet again having the issue where the full-screen splash ads for packs that I already own freeze the game and make it unplayable. This is incredibly frustrating and it has been going on - and a ...

Do us a solid and stop blaming mods AFTER PEOPLE EXPLAIN THE ISSUE IS WITHOUT MODS AS WELL. Upon pressing the X on the ad, the screen blacks out for a second then comes back grayed out. You cannot click on anything. This is an EA mess.
