Dear Sims Team, this bug has been around for almost half a year now. If you can't fix the problem, just remove these ads. Problem solved. I haven't started my game since these annoying ads were introduced. Because I don't want to waste my time trying to get to the main menu for half an hour without my screen going gray/freezes. Today, I wanted to play for the first time in months, and this annoying bug is still there. By the way, I'm not buying any packs because of your in-game ads. On the contrary, I find them very annoying, and even more annoying when they interfere with my gameplay!
