This is still ongoing and I get the grey screen from different interactions depending on the popup. For example, the little intro to your new pack that pops up will give a grey screen if I try to actually read and arrow over before closing it. But the presale full screen ad for Enchanted by Nature would grey screen out if I just clicked on the X and not on the buy it button.
