Frozen game/menu after ad

I haven't received any responses yet on my previous question, we're unable to replicate this issue internally so this information could help us narrow down the cause.

If possible, could you please reply here with what region and language you're playing The Sims 4 in when this occurs?

  Germany, German. I recently had to completely reset my game due to a problem. No save files, everything completely new and untouched. It happened immediately when I started the game for the first time. It's your ads that are causing the game to crash.

Brazil, playing in English. Usually gotta restart the game about 3 or 4 times because of the overlay. 1st time usually has the full screen ad, closing makes the main menu blue. Second time is the horizontal pop up, closing or pressing esc just leads to the blue menu. Third time is usually when it works, I can finally click X and then I can access the menu. Sometimes it's on the fourth try.
