The ads in this game are ridiculously huge.. and create blue screens which cause simmers to have to close out of the game completely (which can take a long time for some simmers) .. why are they popping up back to back? is one not enough? Can you not fix it so that the game knows what packs I already have and maybe tailor it to user experience? maybe make them SMALLER.. I had to close my game TWICE in one sitting, I even tried to click buy on one of the ads just to bypass the huge ad.. Please look into this and maybe make some meaningful changes.
