7 months later and i'm also experiencing this! i play on mac and for the past couple months it has been an issue but has been resolved by force quitting and re opening the game. now, i get the same ad pop-up about an autumn kit every time i open the game and when i try to x out of it, it is the same greyed out screen that i'm unable to get out of or click anything. i have removed mods, cleared cache and textures, repaired my game, and uninstalled the game on the ea app. EA please fix this!! so many people are having this issue and it makes the game impossible to play! i have every ep/gp and kit installed and i'm still getting ads to buy them? i checked if i have the show mod list upon startup checked a couple months ago when this started happening and it is not and never has been checked. please help, i've tried everything!
