This is happening to me every time an ad is shown when the game launches. I have tried every button to try and get out of the frozen state. I've turned off ads in my EA account privacy settings. I am currently trying to open my game for the 4th consecutive time.
I'm so fed up. How is it still an issue after 7 MONTHS? Stop trying to sell me content, a lot of which I already own! It's so redundant and intrusive. Pop up ads belong on dodgy websites NOT in a game I have already paid for.
