Same issue and this has been going on for months!! No matter whether I hit the X or "buy now" I still get the greyed out screen and can't access the menu. this is beyond ridiclous, I now have to to load into the game 2 or 3 times just to get to the menu. You aggressive sales tactics will make people just not even log in! Fix this. Now.
