Frozen game/menu after ad

This issue is one I have on two different computers, with two different specs. After the introduction of the Fullscreen ad splashes,  The menu will become completely unable to be interacted with and remains completely grayed out. This even happens sometimes with the kit half screen ads that gray out the screen. I play on my laptop and my desktop, and this issue persists to both of them. I also play above minimum requirements. This issue also makes it so i have to ALT+F4 the game to close it. This can happen on multiple reloads of the game, with my most aggravating session making me close and open the game 10 times just to play.

This also happens whether the game is modded or not, and persists even on a fresh install and repair. Every time I open the game on either computer, I have to gamble if i will have to close the game multiple times to actually be able to play the game. I should also note I own all the dlc, so these pop up and advertisements are for content I already own. I cant imagine what this feels like if I had a completely modded game that took longer to load. 😭I can verify that it has happened within the past 3 months.
