Hello,
I've had this problem for a while, at least 2 or 3 months I think. When I lauch the game, if an ad screen about a pack or event pops up, when I close it, a grey overcast stays on my screen and I can't do anything. I have to open my task manager, close TS4, then launch the game again. I often have to do it 2 or 3 times, until no new pack screen pops up and I can finally play.
It is VERY irritating and putting me off playing. Does anyone experience that too ? Is there any solution ?
I play on PC, own about 13 packs/kits, and only play with the organized Buydebug mod by Tmex.

To give an example, this morning I couldn't play because the game keeps pushing the "warm welcome" screen, advertising the Cozy Bistrot kit and Storybook Nursery kit. Keeps popping up every time I launch the game, and so I can't play. Please stop ? Maybe ?
