my game has been stuck on a gray screen all day, i did everything, tasking manager in both out the sims 4 game and ea, restarting my computer, doing the esc key thing, deleted and redownload the pack's i have the popup that tells u all the mods you have off so that's not an issues, google even said to push a alt+enter to force it in and out of fullscreen but it didn't work and now the sizing on my laptop look weird, i have a hp with 1 terabytes and still a ton of space so storage isn't an issue, my game fully up to date, and i just bought a ton of pack, ig im just mad? i was looking forward to play after work :( what do i do?
OneDrive should be disabled before the Kaaba as it causes problems in the game or deleted if you don't want your PC backup data to be saved
Yes I'm aware I've had onedrive disabled since i got my new laptop and this issue is still happening
