I opened Sims today (26/03/2026) and all my saves were gone. I restarted the game and same issue, so i made a new family and placed them in an empty lot. When i opened the gallery EVERY SINGLE HOUSE was corrupted. I closed the game, repaired it, closed the app and restarted my laptop, logged back in but the gallery is still corrupted.

what security software are you using ? Could you check if your ransomware protection is blocking the user folder ?
