Since the update, the gallery doesn't have anything on it for me, when I open it, nor when I search for something on it

The gallery will allow me to place a few lots/sims, and then lock down showing "reset pack filters" And it wont reset and will only show the gallery again if sims are restarted. I disabled ALL mods and cc and tried running just the base unmodded game and it still did this. Its rather tiresome to have to restart every time the gallery glitches on me.
This exact thing is happening to me as well. It'll also warn that I don't have all the required DLC for any lot I try to download (I have all DLC).
