Gallery doesn't have results/Slow/No Connection

Gallery is having an issue when you start searching for something, after a while the gallery says that "No result found" even if you try to connect or disconnect or exiting the gallery, the bug remains until you have to restart the game entirely. It is sometimes impossible to search for anything more than 3 times on the gallery, I have to keep restarting the game where it is becoming tedious. It is not a mod or cc issue. That happens without it too. 

Is it immediately not working? Usually on PC, restarting the game gives it a temporary fix for a few mins, but for console, I don't know what it would be to get it to work. Clearly this is a complete gallery bug and not user error. I honestly dont see any effort from EA addressing this bug. 

Whenever I go to search for ANYTHING on the Gallery, nothing appears. Really bad for somebody who sucks at building LMAO. My game is up to date, and I play on an Xbox Series X. If anybody has any temporary fixes for this until it gets patched, I’d really like to know 😭.

Agreed. Usually it takes me between 15 minutes of gameplay or gallery browsing to an hour for it to happen (the hour is on a good day). I don't think this has anything to do with tray files either. My inclination is that its due to the app itself and its cache capacity. When i clear my cache the problem clears too. Something is OFF with the app's cache.

I would also like to say since my post has been moved here as a comment, that it isn't what anyone is searching. You can't get ANY results if you clear every filter. Like you know how when you first start the game and open the gallery, there's uploads already shown of recently uploaded stuff? That's what shows up if you clear the tags, and with the issue, nothing shows up. You can literally search for anything very vague, like "library" and nothing will load up. There's thousands of library's uploaded into the gallery. How 

How will sending my tray file give you any information? It only has what I have hard saved on my PC. That doesn't affect the connectability of the gallery. How about we actually look into the issue instead of pointing fingers at the players? Clearly lots of people are experiencing this. They may not all be on this forum, but I'm in plenty of sims 4 discords of my favorite youtubers, twitch streamers, even CC and mod creators all saying that they're experiencing it. EVEN CONSOLE PLAYERS. They don't have mods and CC, so its not the culprit! 

Test it out. Its not going to immediately show up like most bugs and glitches in 5 mins or less, it takes time using the gallery. Best way to do it, is start replacing every lot or sim in a world from the gallery. Use different simple searches so you stress test the gallery. I GUARENTEE you'll replicate the problem. (Put intent in replacing lots or sims. Don't just use the first results, looking through a search to find what you want requires more things to load, thus making it a stress test.)

I grew up on this game since the Sims 1, I love this franchise, but it feels like everyone at EA dislikes this game and its players now. We constantly have to repeat ourselves in what we want from the game, and when things need to be fixed. Bugs and glitches happen, but how you approach it matters. Being disingenuous implying that it is a user problem via mods/CC or "complicated" search filters is dismissive when people have clearly stated multiple times they've tested it without mods/cc on PC, while the console players are experiencing the same problem.

One thing I had no issues for years was the gallery. Now with every app and game update it is unusable. I don’t understand the purpose of adding language filters or beta filters when the gallery is not connecting and doesn’t work at all. You cannot play because all of the gameplay issue. And now you cannot even enjoy looking at builds or populate your worlds because that stopped working as well. How do you get away with selling a completely broken game? Fix the gallery. It either doesn’t show results at all or works for a few minutes and stops. Worst yet you keep lying it’s fixed. There is nothing left to enjoy in this game without it being broken. Every time I see another update I don’t think something will be fixed. I wonder what will be broken. 

The issue with the gallery is that upon starting the game, it works fine. A little laggy at times loading pics when I look at lots, but its fine. Less than an hour goes by and it suddenly doesn't want to load any results. 
I shouldn't have to need to do that every 30 mins or so just to use the gallery. I'm making a save file, I need the gallery to work without issue bc I'm using it a lot. 
I've tested it vanilla, and I've tested it after repairing the game, same issue. Since the gallery is an online feature, its either the server or a cache problem through the server. 
Deleting the 'localthumbcache.package' and letting it regenerate doesn't permanently fix the issue either.
At this point' it is not a user error, its a bug within the gallery. There was one update that changed how the gallery works, making sure every entry gets a 'fair chance' in being seen, and ever since then it has been broken. 

Here's a TL;DR 

1. Game start
2. User starts working on save file, using the gallery often and frequently.
3. Works for at least 30 mins
4. Gallery stops producing results
5. Close and restart game
6. Repeat

Yes I use mods and cc, but its not the culprit. 
PC player through EA app.

I also have been having the same issues. I've removed my tray file, removed my mods, deleted my cache files, repaired my game, and checked and unchecked the options in the gallery, but when I play the game and go to the gallery, after 10-20 minutes, it only shows "no results found." The only way to "fix" it is to restart my game and try again, but this issue still persists. I'm exhausted from doing this over and over again.

Nothing shows up for me no matter what I search for what category I pick or doing anything in the gallery other than scrolling down the results that pop up when I open it

This has been happening to me a lot, also, but it seems random to me. I will play for several hours just fine, but when I go to the main menu I'm disconnected. I'm on Xbox so it's not just PCs.
