Gallery going blank

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Do you get no results or just the whole screen being white ? Could you maybe add a picture ?

got the same problem its always saying that it doesn't find anything with packs including but im not even searching anything

I  play on Mac, after removing my cc and mods I don't have the problem anymore. before I would get this message. translate: no results found reset pack filters. sadly I think that the problem would come from a mod or broken cc.
