My Sims 4 Gallery is not loading. It shows like No results found even when searching. I have already cleared cache, restarted my Mac, logged out of EA App, repaired the game, and checked filters. I am on Mac using the EA App, version 1.121.372.1220. The Gallery worked before and suddenly stopped loading.
My game kept freezing and i couldn't even exit or save with F4. I completed uninstalled and reinstalled. Now my gallery won't load even when i take mods out. I have done everything i can think of. Its really frustrating. I lost my whole build and sim due to doing all of this. :(
The gallery is down for me on windows (and I suspect other platforms) no matter what it shows no results.
I've tried loading the gallery on a few separate occasions now and nothing is showing up. I've repaired my game, restarted the ea app, restarted my pc and still nothing. Is anyone else having these issues?
Having the same issue. Tryed repairing and cleaning the cache file. I also double checked my account. I do not have any violations and am an adult.

Same issue for me as well. I also exited out of the game, restarted my pc, and reloaded. Circles for a while and then "no results"
Same! The more I play this game, the more I realize how buggy it is. I would prefer a functioning game over new content. My game is more broken than it was 6 months ago!😐

Having this too. It worked once then about 30 minutes later it was busted.
Gallery isn’t allowing me to save no matter what day it was. I don’t have much in tray folder either. Keep saying connection problems. I repair game, clear cache redownload game nothing works
