My Sims 4 Gallery is not loading. It shows like No results found even when searching. I have already cleared cache, restarted my Mac, logged out of EA App, repaired the game, and checked filters. I am on Mac using the EA App, version 1.121.372.1220. The Gallery worked before and suddenly stopped loading.
Having the very same issue, repaired, cleared cache, Glad to know its not just me!
