Gallery showing no results

sims please fix your game bc everyday there is something new. the gallery takes 20 years to load and when you search something or add a filter it does not work. another thing is when i try to place a lot it gives me an error. please fix your game ppl pay way too much money for this…

I recently redownloaded Sims 4 to my computer and since then my gallery won’t load anything. I’ve been trying to build new lots and get random sims to populate my game but i’m not able to load the gallery no matter what filters i put in! 

Any updates? Has anyone been able to recover all of their gallery saves?

seems like it's trying to work? earlier it was turning up "no results" for everything, but now it's at least showing something. still – not every search turns results (even using very simple keywords) and when it does, it's the same 10-25 uploads that just repeat if i scroll to load more.
