Can Not save my lots to my library or upload same error pop up

I have

NO MODS or CC
All EP except Faries, all Game Packs, and Stuff Packs
Repaired the Game
Deleted the local cache thumb
Deleted older saves in my library for space
confirmed my internet connection is stable
AND I just tested it with the EA untouched build Rindle Rose and got the same error so it has nothing to do with the amount of items in the build.
