[GALLERY] Uploaded items disappearing and showing up inconsistently

103 addon packs and now can't find half of it using the game interface.  My latest build saved to library doesn't show up but it does exist, I can see it in the tray folder.  Latest Build update doesn't show up in the gallery but you can find it on the EA Gallery website...  So it exists but can't see it - in game.  I've been an EA member since 2011, and after 12 years I just deleted it off my computer.  (computer is new 2022) 
I want to support fellow creators maker packs but can't see putting any more money into this until they fix it, maybe next month or never like last time when they broke the gallery and we lost the news feed and follower count.  Meanwhile, enjoy Design by Marjia, if you can find them.  

I am having the same issue. The last few builds that I have shared to the gallery are not showing on my profile and are not searchable to be found on the gallery.  These builds were not base game only. 

103 addon packs  paid for and now I have lost half my library.  I am so frustrated and I want to support our creators maker packs but can't see spending any more money on this.   I can't even find my latest saved build in my own library, even though I can see it using sims 4 tray importer;  it just won't show up in the game ui.  Game keeps crashing too and it wipes out everything including last saved game.  Maybe they'll get around to fixing this sometime next month, or maybe never like last time when they took away the news feed and follower count. The gallery can't seem to make up it's mind as to whether I own certain content or not. For the record, I own Royalty & Legacy, but since the update, the gallery has insisted that I don't own it. Until earlier today, that is, when it seemed to realize that I actually do own it and began to indicate so. Now it's gone back to indicating that I don't own it again.

Yes, it seems that only Base Game uploads have disappeared. When I filter to "Base Game Only", I see again most of my uploads that have disappeared, but few of them are still not shown.

Some of my uploads are missing from the gallery (painting I've uploaded). I don't play with mod. When I tried to download certain content, I get the following message: it can't download and to check my internet.  I wouldn't have access to the gallery if my computer was not connected to the internet. Also the game is buggy since the update during build mode.   I've experienced several crashes while I'm in the middle of building.

Adding the details of my experience in case it helps.

Since the April 16 update, multiple lots uploaded to the Gallery between August 2025 and April 2026 are inconsistently visible across:

• Gallery search by EA Account ID (mrsrobbins)
• View Catalog
• My Library

Some lots appear in one location but not the others. Some appear only after filters are toggled. Some disappear entirely. New uploads to My Library vanish immediately after the upload notification.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open The Sims 4 Gallery.
2. Search for EA Account ID: mrsrobbins.
3. Set filters:
• Item Type: Lots
• Sort By: Newest
• All pack filters OFF (Expansion, Game, Stuff, Kits, Holiday Celebration Pack, Maker Packs)
4. Observe that only 35 lots appear, even though 39 should be visible.
5. Toggle individual packs (Dream Home Decorator, My Wedding Stories, Holiday Celebration Pack).
6. Observe unrelated lots appearing/disappearing depending on pack toggles.
7. Upload a new lot to My Library.
8. Click the upload notification → lot appears and can be placed.
9. Search for the same lot in Gallery, View Catalog, or My Library → lot is missing.

What I See (Actual Behavior)

• Some lots are visible in View Catalog + My Library, but not visible in Gallery.
• Some lots are visible in Gallery, but not visible in View Catalog or My Library.
• Toggling certain packs hides or reveals unrelated lots.
• Maker Pack filtering affects visibility even though I do not own any Maker Packs.
• New uploads sometimes appear only in the upload notification.

Additional Details

• I play on PC (Windows).
• I do not use mods or CC.
• I am logged into my EA account when uploading and searching.
• This issue affects both older lots (2025) and newer lots (2026).
• The issue occurs even after clearing cache, repairing the game, and restarting.
• The issue persists across multiple sessions.
