[Gallery] Uploaded Items disappearing and showing up inconsistently

I am aware that other players were experiencing this issue and it since has been fixed. Unfortunately this was not the case for myself as I am still having issues with uploading and having issues with things showing inconsistency. Attached is a pic of my library and it shows 3 of the same house.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

There's currently two open threads for stuff showing multiple times.
Gallery: Duplicated uploads shown infinitely when using filter | EA Forums - 12872543 although it's usually more than just twice. There's also this issue: https://forums.ea.com/idea/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/gallery-uploads-showing-twicecant-delete-duplicate/13292636

Have you made sure to sort by newest after uploading to see if you're stuff then appears ?
