i was playing my main save file and then when i went to load into a different family the crashing began and now none of my families are loading

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?PC
it crashes without mods as well
To be sure, your game is crashing to the desktop or just endless loading ?
