Game Crashing (Xbox Series S) Sims4 version 2.6.4.2310

I’m not sure if I’m doing this correctly, I’ve never reported any bugs. Recently ever since the most recent patch update or whatever it was, my game has been crashing randomly. I could be building or just playing and it’ll crash. I’ll be fine or 10 minutes and it’ll crash or I’ll play for an hour and it’ll crash. It’s just random and nothing pops up saying it was an error, just crashes. I have to be saving every second just to make sure nothing loses when it randomly crashes. I haven’t played in a couple days and it sucks because I’m missing out on the event. I’m not sure what’s going on. Any suggestions? Thanks.
