when i press load game on the ea app, it loads the game but then after it comes up with the big sims4 letters and the little logo and goes onto the loading screen the screen just goes black and it stays like that and because of that I can’t see when my game has loaded. I’ve tried everything, reinstalling the game, pressing fix game, turning it off then back on again, taking my mods out, nothing is working. anyone else had this problem? if you could please could you look into this as it’s very annoying and all I’m trying to do is play the game. Thank you in advance

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- As this sounds like an outdated mod, could you post a pic ?
I do use mods in my game, but I took my mods out the game and reloaded it and it still didn’t work. The black screen was still appearing. i play on my computer so i guess you could say pc. I’ll try and load my game today and post a picture.
