Game not functioning since new update

First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to...

So far each time I tried these re things that happened: 

  • Could not see anything in build mode and could not go back to live mode
  • Objects disappeared mid social event (CAKE And TABLE) 
  • Unable to create a social event 
  • Unable to get out of "move in" window when a friend was moving in 
  • Game gets stuck with no controls

Similar weird things, unplayable. Also could not access the game menu to quit. Had to force quit. Was there any testing?

    Same for me, and I disabled all of my mods.
