First I couldn't click on anything once I opened the child's simology panel, I couldn't scroll down on it which was the first thing I noticed was broken, then I couldn't open her inventory, switch to build mode of even save the game. After a restart the same thing happened so I restarted again and didn't go near her simology panel. However, I then was unable to get an adult sim to cook a cake, no options came up after clicking 'cook'. I tried to leave the world and go back in but it didn't work, and then the screen went black although the time was still ticking on. Please fix this ASAP as it's not playable! I have never played with mods or CC.

same issue and had to hard quit the game 3 times before I gave up. Also kept getting the "items removed from game" pop up.. couldn't save, couldn't click on any panel. once, it went into build mode but no items showed up and it wouldn't go back to live mode
CAS doesn't load!😩
The update has broken my game, works for a few minutes then breaks and I experience the following issues.
Issues encountered:
- can't go to manage worlds, build mode, or cas - if manage worlds is opened screen simply goes black
- cant open menu to save/exit game
- cheat bar cannot be opened
- teenage sims simology panel broken (can't access, if opened upon loading game it doesn't show traits)
- once any panel is closed cannot open any
- relationship panel completely not accessible
Note: I don't have any mods or cc, have repaired game multiple times
Similar weird things, unplayable. Also could not access the game menu to quit. Had to force quit. Was there any testing?
Mine has been switching up all the icons, like the phone looks like the inventory icon and the simology icon looks like an arrow. I also can't access my calendar. I hope they fix it fast.
Had this happen as well after updating today as I was switching through tabs on the bottom right. Once I noticed the bug, i reloaded without mods and still had the issue. Couldn't press Esc, couldnt quick save, couldn't queue up tasks. Had to task manager to close it. Probably a good thing because as I was trouble shooting, my sims got in an argument and lost half their friendship 😞
I thought i was crazy but clearly im not. As soon as i updated it, my game broke, like everyone else i can’t press ctrl+shift+c. I can’t save. My sim was being very rude for no reason ? Can access simology or anything. My CAS is all white . I just wanted to play sims tn 🥲
I am having these same issues as well as a random household being in my house upon booting the game. I first booted up and there was a random teen in my bed and when I shut the game off using task manager and restarted there were two elders, one in my bed and one using the computer.
The same thing is happening to me, specifically the teen simology panel and not being able to open any of the top tabs. It’s not playable to me if I can’t save the game. How long does this take to usually be resolved?
I honestly wouldn't expect this to be fixed until after lovestruck comes out, I have preordered the pack so I'm hoping it'll resolve the issues
