Game not loading past main dashboard

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox) 
• What error code are you getting ?
• Do you have any lastException files ? Please copy/paste the content.

This has also happened to mine, and it wont open at all now. Redownloaded it all today onto a new computer and its just not working :(

Hi, 

I have removed all Mods and CC and the games still does not load past the worlds page, I have tried playing a saved game, this does not load either, I have tried a new game and again nothing is working. 

I have repaired the game on the EA app and this is not rebooting it 

I am playing on Mac 

I am getting the error code: The game failed to launch, Error code: 122:e5c373ca:dd9350c9 . Its is recommended that you relaunch the game. 

I do not have a last exceptions file. 

Did you try renaming your user folder yet ?

It's strange that you don't have a LE with an error code. Make sure you close down the game completely, delete the localthumbcache file and all lastexception files you have, then try again.
