In the Get to Work pack, in the medical career, Sims stand around for a long time without actually working or taking care of patients. In my save, the receptionist position doesn’t even exist anymore.

This happens really badly when my sim is pregnant and i deliver the baby at the hospital. My sim stood there for 6 in game hrs before the game just forced my sim to have the baby. it was really weird..

This sounds like partly feedback, partly bug
- Which Sims are standing around ? Your own ? Only your active Sims is supposed to take care of patients unless you're very low in the career and ask a doctor to help you out. Nurses/Receptions just standing/sitting around is by design. Create a new thread for JUST this if your active Sim takes a long time to do the task you give them.
- Missing receptionist sounds like a bug. Please create a separate thread for that.
- Issues with delivering the baby outside of the career also sounds like yet another issue. Please create your own thread. Make sure to include information about platform and mod usage.
